In my wife's opinion, the apartment could use some childproofing measures.

During my recent transit in Kyiv, I stayed at Real Home Apartments - Podil Promenade. The convenience of this hotel stood out as it is located only 39 km from Boryspil Airport and 8 km from Zhuliany Airport. This made my travel connections so much easier. the fact that Igor Sikorsky Kyiv International is just 10 km away from the property was a major plus for me.

While the location and proximity to the airports were great, I have to mention a minor negative feature. However, upon arrival, I found the apartment to be lacking in charm and not as described.

We had a fantastic stay at Real Home Apartments - Podol Promenade. The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities we needed, including a comfortable king size bed and a fully functional stove and refrigerator. The location was great, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and it was only a 25-minute walk to Maidan. We also appreciated the flexibility of the hosts, as we had to change our dates twice and they refunded us for the days we couldn't stay due to our flight. a great experience!

Lovely renovation in a nice old building. Well appointed, impressive to bring home a guest. The rear entrance is seedy, but that is normal here in Ukraine - as is the normal scary old elevator, which is up half a flight. Great view of the river, but plenty of traffic noise though the single-pane windows. Galina was great, immediately laying out the location of markets, etc. while we walked to the building - and even carried my big suitcase up to the elevator like a superstar. Galina spoke enough English for most needs. She called through to the office translator when necessary, and I had contact numbers for both on Whatsapp. The location is great: just a few minutes from the subway, 5-10 minutes from Andriyivsky Uzviz and is in the same building with an amazing cafe Kaffa. Has all the facilities for a comfortable stay. The host was very reactive, getting the keys was really easy. Overall it's a very good value for money in a nice location.
